Prior to Game 4 against the Maple Leafs, Baker Mayfield of the Buccaneers pumped up the Tampa Bay Lightning fans.

The most recent athlete to represent Tampa Bay has a message for Lightning supporters.

Prior to the team’s Monday night showdown at Amalie Arena against the Toronto Maple Leafs in the Eastern Conference First Round, new Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield pumped up Lightning supporters on Twitter.

Mayfield was heard saying, “All t right Lightning fans, let’s geup, let’s get loud,” in a clip that the Lightning tweeted.

He displayed a personalised Lightning jersey with the back bearing his last name.

Even though Mayfield only moved to the area a month ago, it is obvious that it didn’t take him long to become a part of the fan base.

The excitement inside Amalie Arena for tonight’s game is expected to be high as the Lightning aim to win their third Stanley Cup in four years. Lightning supporters have even more motivation to get pumped up since Mayfield is rooting for them

A crucial piece of the Tampa Bay Lightning’s blueline will be missing for Game 4. They stated that defenseman Erik Cernak’s upper-body injury will prevent him from playing. Cernak hasn’t played since Michael Bunting of the Maple Leafs elbowed him in the face during Game 1.

Throughout the regular season, Cernak dealt with a number of injuries. The timing of his most recent absence during the playoffs is regrettable. The Tampa Bay Lightning have genuinely missed having him in person on the ice. With 16 points, 100 blocked shots, and 209 hits in 70 games, Cernak had a strong regular season..
