Fast-Food Consumption May Increase Risk of Liver Disease

The study discovered a link between fast food consumption and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease

Compared to those who eat less or no fast food, people with obesity or diabetes who get 20% or more of their daily calories

Although prior studies have linked fast food to both obesity and diabetes, this is one of the first to illustrate how unhealthy fast food is for the liver

However, if that one meal accounts for at least one-fifth of their daily calories, they are endangering their livers, according to Kardashian.
